After being admitted to the bar in 1996, Matthias Gieseking initially worked in a general law firm in Hamburg, then as a partner in an M&A boutique in Hamburg and, after temporarily working as a sole practitioner, as a partner in a national commercial law firm in Hamburg, where he was a member of the board of an international network for six years from business lawyers.<\/p>\n

Matthias Gieseking studied at the University of Hamburg and was a research assistant at the Institute for Basic Research in Civil Law (1993-1995) and lecturer at the university (1995-1996).<\/p>\n
