\nHans Walhain was a board member (secretary) of the Vereniging de Jonge Balie (Young Lawyer\u2019s Association) in Rotterdam and also a member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (International Association of Young Lawyers \u2013 AIJA) for which he has written a variety of national reports relating to insolvency law. He is presently a member of the Union Internationale des Avocats (International Association of Lawyers \u2013 UIA) and secretary of the Appeals Committee for the Royal Dutch Cricket Board.<\/p>\n
